Property tech for House of Lettings.
Before an agency can let a property, it needs the landlord. Landlord Matching is the acquisition funnel built for House of Lettings — the public entry point for owners considering the agency.
A landlord enters their property and gets an instant valuation. From there a full assessment flow captures what the agency needs to match the property to its service and to a tenant profile. Every submission lands in an admin panel where the team qualifies and follows up.
Built on Next.js and Firebase with Tailwind — the same stack as the main House of Lettings platform, so the two share auth conventions and data patterns.
